C-ONE VERTEX SP

C-One Vertex SP maintains characteristics and qualities of C-One Vertex, but thanks to the “don’t get off” system, it works by itself: the operator brings the pallet that has to be wrapped under the machine and, without getting off the forklift, starts the wrapping cycle with a remote control.
The operator does not have to get off the forklift to tie the film to the pallet at the beginning of cycle or to cut it at the end. This brings a time reduction and a decrease of injure risks.
The pre-stretch carriage is supplied with a roping system, in order to make a film band or a film rope. These cycles can be used to get a very strong tightness on heavy pallets. C-One Vertex SP is the best solution for very light and very heavy pallets and for high outputs.
